Public footpaths

The first picture of the new year! In fact the first picture in a while! But that doesn’t matter because we’re all back together and I have a tonne of new photographs to show you, from both me and many other people! This time they will be ten times as good as before!

Anyway about this picture: It appears to be a photograph of a signpost!

Of course it is much more interesting than that… Kinda!
Everyone, at some time in there life, is told to follow a path, or a goal, or a direction and when that time comes you must make a choice: To either listen and follow in the footsteps of others, and be safe and secure in where you are heading;
Or you can attempt to find your own direction, with all the risk and uncertainty to go along with it.
Whilst sometimes the first option can seem the easiest and safest, there is no guarantee that it will be the right path for you. You need to get off the beaten track and create a new path of your own: Your Path

  1. I like this photograph. I like the perspective and the fact that you’ve managed to get the post in complete focus and detail (it never works for me like that). I also like the fact that apparently there is no footpath. It seems to have been ploughed-over. Well, I don’t like that, but it seems to say a lot about the countryside.
